1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the FlyGen mobile application ("FlyGen", "the App", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by local laws, to use FlyGen.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

When using FlyGen, including animated flyer creation, you agree to:

• Use the App legally and respectfully
• Not generate harmful, illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content
• Not create misleading ads, impersonations, scams, or deepfakes
• Not upload copyrighted materials unless you own the rights
• Not interfere with, overload, or circumvent usage limits, credits, or subscriptions
• Keep your device and account details secure

You are fully responsible for the content you generate, including animated flyers.

4. App Features

FlyGen allows you to:

• Generate static flyers, animated flyers (motion flyers), and creative assets
• Customize templates, prompts, visuals, colors, and durations
• Export generated content in image or video format
• Use credits or subscriptions to access premium features
• Save and manage your generated creations

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

5. Generated Content

FlyGen allows users to generate both static and animated content.

6. Subscriptions & Credits

FlyGen offers paid subscriptions and credit packs.

By purchasing:

• You authorize recurring payments (for subscriptions)
• Credits are consumed with each generation (static or animated)
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Billing follows Apple App Store and Google Play Store rules

If renewal fails, premium access may be paused until the payment succeeds.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the FlyGen app—code, branding, design, features, templates, animations, and systems—belong to DKY CONSULTING – FZCO.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the App
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works of the App
• Use FlyGen branding without written permission

You fully own the static and animated content you generate.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• You generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You misuse the App or interfere with its systems
• Required by law enforcement

10. Limitation of Liability

FlyGen is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free generation (static or animated)
• Consistent availability
• Perfect rendering of visuals or animations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DKY CONSULTING – FZCO is not responsible for:

• Losses from using or being unable to use FlyGen
• Issues arising from content you generate, including animated videos
• Consequences of using generated content in advertising or marketing
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

You use FlyGen at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DKY CONSULTING – FZCO from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your generated content (static or animated)
• Your violation of these Terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Dubai.
